Censorware/Filtering
According to the IIA Code, Australian ISPs are required to "provide" consumers with filtering software. The 16 "approved" systems in the Schedule attached to the code appear to have been subjected to no testing at all: some of them can't actually use the "feed" of prohibited sites provided by the ABA.
