  trading a tiny bit of light for peace of mind about the lens

  noticeably better performance than my older cards
• two spare batteries - "PowerSmart" generic (oz_deal@ebay, wqtallup@ebay)
• a 67mm circular polarizer - Hoya Super HMC ultra thin (w.w.photo@ebay)
• a second battery charger, usable in a car - generic (oz_deal@ebay)
  mostly so I can have one charger at home and one at Camilla's
• a case - Lowe Pro TLZ 20 (Fletchers Photographic)
  a reasonable fit for the E-1 plus 14-54 or 40-150 lenses, with the FL-20 flash fitting into dead space
• the Sigma 55-200mm f/4-5.6 lens (Arlington Camera)
  an ok lens, but I sold this after I bought the 40-150
• RM-1 infrared remote (Arlington Camera)
• a Velbon Ultra Maxi SF tripod (B&H)
  portable, and usable as low as 15cm
• Digital Zuiko 50mm f/2.0 macro lens and EX-25 extension tube (Arlington Camera)
  after being inspired by reading Macrophotography

  for the FL-20 flash

  the 1N holds the 14-54 or 40-150, the LC holds the 50mm

  just in time for my trip to Mongolia

Wishlist

• a replacement FL-20 (or a smaller third-party flash)
  for light-weight travelling
• a LBH-1 battery holder
  allows 3 CR123A batteries to replace a BLM-1
• some kind of portable storage device, perhaps a PD70X
  but maybe just buy more compact flash
• Digital Zuiko 11-22mm wide-angle lens
• STF-22 twin flash set
  only if I get very keen on macrophotography
• Digital Zuiko 7-14mm ultra wide-angle lens
  only if I win the lottery
