Victoria Park is pretty much in the middle of Sydney, but the little lake there has a good range of birdlife - at least three species of ducks, geese, lots of ibis, and cormorants, as well as the ubiquitous mynas, pigeons, seagulls. But this lovely little darter was totally unexpected.
